You are welcome to check into your hotel room anytime from 15:00 onwards. We will have assigned a room to each of our guests, so all you will have to do is go to the front desk and check-in!

In the evening, we have arranged a buffet dinner for everyone to enjoy together. The dinner will be around 18:00. Before and after dinner, the time is completely yours—feel free to explore the beautiful resort grounds, relax, and make use of all the wonderful amenities!

We will start the morning with a delicious breakfast at the resort. After breakfast it is again your own time but make sure to get ready on time for the ceremony.

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 15:00. Afterward, get ready for an unforgettable evening of dining, dancing, and celebrating with us, as the party will continue until around 03:00!

On Sunday morning there is again a breakfast waiting for us. For the people having a hard time from the night before, the breakfast is optional 😉

Check-out that day will be at 11:00, which unfortunately also is the end of our wedding celebrations together.

Everything will be taken care of for our guests from the hotel nights, to the breakfasts, and of course the complete wedding day. The only thing that is not included are the travels to- and from the resort.

Keep in mind that there will be no lunch on the wedding day as it starts at 15:00, so make sure to eat a big breakfast that day! Of course you are free to order food in the hotel restaurant at your own cost.

Your invitation will let you know exactly who is invited to our wedding weekend! If your partner’s name is included on the invitation, they are also invited to the weekend.

Since we need to reserve the rooms, we need to know before 1 September 2026 who is coming and who isn’t. Please let us know before this time!

We have decided to go for a formal theme. Suits and dresses! We would like everyone to look their best, but of course everyone should feel comfortable with what they are wearing. Next to that you will need to be able to eat and drink a lot and not to forget show off your best moves on the dancefloor! There is no specific color theme that we are going for.

Any gifts! We understand that asking everyone to travel this far, is a gift in itself. We appreciate everyone that takes the time and effort to come all this way. Don’t feel obligated to go all-out on a gift. Anything is appreciated, as long as it doesn’t have fur and needs to go out for a walk everyday multiple times 😉

The rooms will be assigned by us as soon as we know who is all coming to the wedding. Some guests have children, some guests are partners and others will be single guests without their partner or just, single…

Partners will be put together with each other and their children (of course). The people that are coming alone will be put together by us. You will find out who this is, when you check in at the hotel 😉

On the wedding day itself, we will be very busy with a whole lot of eating, drinking, dancing and smiling. And so for questions and other things, we have our ceremonial master(s) that help us make our dream day go as smooth as possible.

Eric and Nicole Verheijen-van Tilburg are our ceremonial masters. They know all the ins- and outs of the wedding weekend and will be there for questions and other things! Their contact information is mentioned below.

Yes! You are allowed to tell as many sweet things or jokes about us as you want.

Be mindful though, there will be interactive games later at night, depending on your speech, you might be the person who has to do the most activities 😉
